Privacy

Ghost mode lets you control the signals your activity sends. Each option can be switched on or off on its own.

You read their messages; they still see them as unread.

Even with the app open, others don’t see you online.

The other person won’t know you’re writing a reply, however long it is.

You won’t appear in the story’s viewer list.

Sending a message puts you online for a moment, then straight back offline.

Optionally, messages in a chat are marked as read when you reply.

Changes in your chats are recorded on your device, so no message vanishes without a trace.

A message deleted by the other person stays in your chat, marked “deleted”.

Tap an edited message to see each earlier version with its time.

Photos and videos sent as “view once” are kept after you open them.

Everything saved lives in your phone’s storage. Clear the app’s data and it’s gone too.

Your feed only shows what you actually want to see.

Sponsored messages under channel posts are not shown at all.

Messages from blocked users in groups are removed from your feed.

Add a word or a regular expression and matching messages are hidden.

Apply filters to all chats or only to selected groups and channels.

Alfagram is built on Telegram’s open-source code and works through the official API.

The app connects straight to Telegram’s servers, with no servers in between.

End-to-end encrypted secret chats and calls work just like in Telegram.

We announce new versions first in our Telegram channel.

Alfagram keeps everything Telegram has and adds more on top.
